What is your Return Policy? 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied,  will gladly accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee. 

All CBD and hemp products are consumables and cannot be resold once they have been opened. Therefore, any items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the item(s) in good condition, we will process your refund minus the restocking and handling fee. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. 

When can you expect your refund ? 

Once the refund is initiated, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to refund the full amount in the original form of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 10 business days to process the request. 

Terms for returning your Wine Smoke & Munchies purchase: 

• Purchases made on https://www.wsmmart.com can be returned via mail.
• Purchases made on https://www.wsmmart.com should only be returned  to Wine Smoke & Munchies.
• The item must be unused, and in its original packing with all the original tags attached.
